DESCRIPTION:Experience an evening of Sound Bath Therapy at Crazy Wisdom where you will be immersed in the frequency of 432hz crystal chakra singing bowls\, Himalayan bowls\, gong\, drum\, and various healing tools. You will initially be guided through meditation while allowing yourself to surrender to what no longer serves on a physical\, mental or emotional level as you are held in a sacred safe space. SUMMARY:Muscle Release with cork blocks Course
DESCRIPTION:This course is designed to educate the participants on the importance of their muscular system and give them the knowledge and tools to help them achieve this goal. Participants will learn the names and locations of muscles located throughout their body and will also learn a variety of ways to allow them to take care of these muscles.\nA majority of the course is devoted to the release of muscular tension by demonstrating how to position oneself on the cork blocks in order to allow one’s body weight and gravity to effortlessly release tension and knots (trigger points) in the muscles.
